A major industrial building on the outskirts of Longford Town has been sold to an Australian company as part of a multi-million euro deal.
The Masterlink building off the Athlone road was purchased by Arrow Capital Partners, a real estate investment company headquartered in Australia.
The deal included the acquisition of four significant industrial properties, the Masterlink building in Longford and 3 other properties in Dublin.

While the company has not released the final price of the Longford property, It's understood it's part of a wider 200 million euro investment into Irish industrial sites.
