A major €50 million development has been proposed for Ballinasloe.
The plans, submitted by LimeHill Esker, include a drive-thru restaurant alongside new office accommodation on a site at Dunlo.
The project would also provide car parking, EV charging bays, bike spaces and upgrades aimed at improving pedestrian and cycling access.
It's understood that a number of companies have already shown interest in relocating to the planned office units once construction is complete.
Galway County Council is due to decide on the application in mid June.
