The main entrance to Mote Park from the N61 has re-opened this week following damage caused by Storm Éowyn. A major clean-up operation has been taking place at the popular Roscommon amenity for the past number of weeks.
Local resident and member of the Mote Park Conservation Group, Eilish Feeley thanked everyone who helped get the road re-opened. She also says that work on the trails will commence in the coming weeks:
