A Longford site with planning permission for over 90 homes has been put on the market.
In late 2022 Adaview Ltd were successful in their application for the construction of 93 houses at Ard Michael.
The site located on the outskirts of Longford town is now up for sale with a guide price 2.5 million euro.

Longford County Planners gave the green light for the major housing development which gave approval for a mix of semi-detached and terraced buildings.
This included 44 three storey 3 bed homes, 28 three storey 3 bed homes and 19 two storey 2 bed units.
