Following their inaugural event last year, Longford Pride is returning to the county this week.
This year's pride has been upgraded to a full blown festival with a range of events on throughout the week.
Longford pride will culminate this coming weekend with the Pride Parade on Saturday afternoon, an afterparty on Saturday night and a colour fun run in the Mall on Sunday.
Full details are available on Longford Pride's Facebook, with groups, clubs and individuals welcome to join the parade on Saturday.
Caroline Lewis from the Longford Pride Committee is expecting a large influx of people into the town for the march this weekend.
