A local TD says Budget 2026 was a 'box ticking exercise' when it came to dealing with mental health. Longford-Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke said the Government's lack of clear new measures is 'indefensible'. Sinn Féin's spokesperson on mental health added that a 'one size fits all' approach won't work.
