Local residents warned of scam

Residents in the Shannonside region are being warned over a scam.

Letters are understood to have been delivered to people’s homes purporting to be from Uisce Éireann and stating that they called to inspect a leak in the property.

People are being asked not return any unfamiliar calls or use any QR codes.
