Property prices across the Shannonside region continued to climb during the first quarter of this year.
Roscommon sees a €30,000 rise in the last year.
That's according to the MyHome.ie Property Price report which shows the median asking price in the county stands at €225,000.

Sharp increases have been recorded in Leitrim and Longford up €17,475 to €199,925 and €10,025 to €160,000 respectively.
