Local parish priest pays tribute to Pope Francis

Fr Kevin Fallon said the Argentinian had a great connection with the marginalised and tried to bring them closer to the church.

The Roscommon town parish priest says Pope Francis 'tore up the script' when it came to his tenure as head of the Catholic Church. The 88-year-old Pontiff passed away on Easter Monday following an illness.
