Local Labour Rep brands Rose of Tralee as outdated

A local Labour party representative believes the Rose of Tralee is outdated and should move with the times.

Head of the Rose of Tralee, Anthony O'Gara, a native of Scramogue recently argued the competition celebrates real people and real stories.

However, Sligo-Leitrim Labour Representative, Bernie Linnane says the show is simply about judging women.
