Carrick on Shannon native and journalist Ronan McGreevy will launch his newest book later today.
'Great Hatred: the Assassination of Field Marshal Sir Henry Wilson MP tells the story of the killing of the Longford Man, who was regarded as the top military advisor to the British Government
His death in 1982 made headlines around the world and Ronan hopes this new book will keep Henry Wilson's name in the public.

Ronan will be signing copies of the book in St. Georges Heritage Centre at 4pm.
