Gardaí in Longford are seeking witnesses following an armed robbery in the town.
A man entered a business on Earl Street in the town at approximately yesterday at 10am armed with a knife.
He proceeded to threaten staff and demand money, before fleeing the building with a number of items and medications.

No one was injured in the incident and Gardaí have launched and investigation.
Anyone who was in or around Earl Street yesterday morning or who has dash cam footage is asked to contact Longford Gardaí or the Garda Confidential Line.
