The home will stay in possession of the trust and be used for other families in the future.

A Roscommon mother of three children who live with a progressive muscular disease is calling for support to help finish a safe, purpose-built home for the boys,

Paula Naughton and her family set up the Join Our Boys Trust to finance the purpose-built house that will be suitable for the three boy's daily needs.

15-year-old Archie and 11-year-old twins George and Issac live with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle-wasting disease for which there is no treatment and no cure.

The project has raised hundreds of thousands of euro in funding towards the house, with the family hoping to move in for Christmas.

According to the Trust, the home will be used for different families in need over the years once completed and adapted.

Speaking to the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, Paula has urged the public to share her story.
