Roscommon councillors raised childcare, housing and the future of the N61during a recent meeting with the Tánaiste.
The meeting which included councillors from the Roscommon-Galway constituency took place last Thursday afternoon.
Among the topics discussed were the Athlone 2040 project, Lough Funshinagh and the development of Hodson Bay and Monksland.

Local representatives also discussed Portiuncula University Hospital and bed nights for the tourism sector.
