The Shannonside region is set to bask in more pleasant weather conditions over the next number of days.
Counties Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon have each been hit with mixed spells recently with a number of areas hit with rain.
However, the weather is set to be mostly sunny and dry for the week ahead.
