Local anti-racism activists are welcoming the decision to convict a former police officer of the murder of George Floyd.
The video of Derek Chauvin kneeling on the black man's neck in Minneapolis last May sparked anger around the world.
The jury found Chauvin guilty on all counts after 10 hours of deliberation.
