The Forestry Minister is ruling out compensating landowners whose forestry was destroyed in the west Roscommon fire.
Hundreds of acres of forestry was ruined in the blaze in Gortaganny and Carrowbehy last month.
Minister Michael Healy-Rae met landowners in Dublin this week, as they called for government help.
