A Leitrim Councillor is calling on the local authority to contact the HSE regarding the increase in unfilled homecare hours locally. There were 577 home care hours in Co. Leitrim left unfilled at the end of December last year.
Sinn Féin Cllr Roisin Kenny is bringing forward a motion to next week's Leitrim County Council meeting regarding the unfilled hours. Cllr Kenny says the figures in Leitrim are quite shocking:
