A county Roscommon centre for people with disabilities has received a largely positive report from the health watchdog.
An unannounced inspection was carried out at the Apple Hill residential centre in February, the details of which have been published today.
Apple Hill provides residential services to children with a mild to moderate intellectual disability, autism, ADHD and ODD.
The centre is located in a rural location near Athlone.
