An Irish Heart Foundation mobile health unit will visit Co Longford on Thursday offering free health checks.
The unit will be parked at Lanesboro Library on Main Street, Lanesboro from 10am to 2.45pm.
Members of the public will have the chance to have their blood pressure and pulse checked on the day.
It's part of efforts to promote heart health and early detection of high blood pressure, a leading cause of cardiovascular disease.
