Sligo University Hospital and Portiuncula Hospital emergency departments are under pressure this morning.
Sligo ED is the third busiest in the country today, with 41 people waiting for a hospital bed.
23 are on trolleys in the North West Hospital, while 18 are waiting elsewhere in wards.
In Ballinasloe, there are 13 people on trolleys on Portiuncula Hospital, while 7 are waiting in Mullingar Hospital.
Nationally, 468 admitted patients are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.
University Hospital Limerick accounts for the largest number of people on beds.
