'I don't know when I am going to be taken out of my house and maybe killed' - Roscommon postmaster

A west Roscommon postmaster says he’s afraid to live in his own home and fears he could be killed.

Paddy McCann, from Fairymount, was one of around 130 people who attended a protest in Castlerea yesterday.

The rally was called after several burglaries in Co Roscommon in recent weeks, with homes, businesses and farms targeted.

McCann says the crime spree has had a big impact on local people.
