Hundreds in the Shannonside region still remain without power this evening

Hundreds of premises in the Shannonside region are facing another night without power in the aftermath of Storm Debbi. ESB crews are working to restore electricity to homes and businesses this evening.

Longford and Roscommon were among the counties most affected by the storm and some premises won't have power restored until tomorrow afternoon. A number of homes and businesses can expect full restoration by ten o'clock tonight.
