The HSE says it cannot reassure people that their confidential information won’t be leaked online.
Investigations are continuing into the extent of the cyber-attacks on the HSE and the Department of Health.
Many appointments have been cancelled as a result and runners are being used in hospitals to physically hand results from one department to another.
