Robert Pether's Roscommon family will hope to learn this week when he'll be able to return to Elphin.
Robert was in jail in Iraq for four years before being released on bail last Thursday.
There was a contract row between his employer and the Central Bank of Iraq, leading to his imprisonment.

He still has to stay in Iraq, but local Fianna Fáil TD Martin Daly says he's hopeful he can return to Ireland soon:
