The Government are committed to increasing childcare capacity in local towns and villages.
That's according to the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Jack Chambers, who visited Boyle today.
During his visit, Minister Chambers met with local parents at the town’s Family Life Centre and community representatives at King House.
Earlier this year it emerged that 77% of children under the age of four in the town cannot access any formal childcare.
