Gardai are waiting to speak to two people who were seriously injured in a stabbing in west Dublin.
It happened at a house in Ashfield Park in Blanchardstown yesterday afternoon.
A man in his 40s died from his injuries while a man and a woman in their 20s are being treated in hospital.

One line of inquiry is that the deceased man stabbed his daughter and her partner before turning the knife on himself.
A neighbour said a toddler was also taken from the house unharmed, by a woman at the scene.
