The Garda Water Unit has arrived in Carrick-on-Shannon, as part of the investigation into a massive fire last night.
Two boats caught fire at the boardwalk jetty at 9.15 and it was extinguished around midnight.
The jetty remains sealed off this afternoon, as a forensic examination continues.
No injuries have been reported and it's understood those associated with the boats have been accounted for.
But garda divers have arrived at the scene this afternoon, to confirm there were no unknown fatalities.
