Householders in Leitrim are being encouraged to attend a free electrical waste collection day.
The event is being hosted by WEEE Ireland in partnership with Leitrim County Council. Anything with a plug, battery or cable can be recycled for free on the day, including old washing machines, TVs, toasters and kettles.
The event is due to take place on Saturday February 10th in Avant Money Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada in Carrick on Shannon from 10am till 4pm.
