A 22-bedroom property and former nursing home in east Roscommon has been put up for sale.
The former Costello's Nursing Home, located in Ballyleague, has been listed as 'price on application' according to Daft.ie.
In 2022, management cited cost of providing their quality service becoming far in excess of their income as the reason behind the closure.
In August of that year, it welcomed refugees fleeing the Ukraine/Russian War.
While it was confirmed in August of this year that the owners would not be making any applications for the building to be used as an IPAS centre.
That followed local speculation and a protest meeting, which was held in the village.
Among the amenities at the facility include treatment rooms/offices, sitting room, dining room, conservatory, bathrooms, fully serviced kitchen, store rooms, laundry room, staff room, offices and an under floor apartment to the rear.
