A well known former bank building in Athlone is now up for sale.
Located on Mardyke Street in the town, the former Ulster Bank building is now on the market with Cushman and Wakefield.
The bank closed on April 21st last as the company exited the Irish market.

Works on the building, including the removal of signage and equipment, are ongoing and expressions of interest are now open for the property.
Currently, 39 former Ulster Bank buildings around the country are now on the market following their closure
