A special Father's Day vigil for Palestine will take place in Roscommon later today.
The event is being organised by members of the Roscommon Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
It will take place from 1.30 pm in The Square in Roscommon town.

It follows a series of pro-Palestinian rallies in the county over the last number of months.
Organisers say the event will serve as a reminder of those suffering in Palestine this Father's Day.
Aidan Casey says it's just a small gesture to support fellow fathers who are struggling every day to survive.
