The emergency services have been praised for their swift response to a fire at a nursing home in Ballinasloe.
The blaze broke out at Millrace Nursing Home, located on Bridge Street on Sunday afternoon.
Following an extensive operation, the fire was subsequently brought under control.

All the residents were safely evacuated and no injuries have been reported.
