A proposed new €30 million waterfront park is a 'critically important' development for south Roscommon. That's the view of a local Fianna Fáil councillor, who says the amenity would boost tourism in the area. Cllr John Keogh was speaking following the final public consultation on the Hodson Bay Waterfront Park project. He says the flagship project is a long time in the making:
