Gardaí in Roscommon recently caught a driver with no license.
Members from An Garda Síochána were holding a checkpoint yesterday when they saw the driver, who claimed he had forgotten their license at home. Following a check of their records, Gardaí discovered that the driver was actually disqualified. The vehicle was detained.
Gardaí remind the public to always have their drivers' license on hand when on the road.
