A motorist has been arrested in Longford for a number of driving offences.
The vehicle was stopped in Longford town in recent days for no tax, NCT or insurance.
The unaccompanied learner driver also tested positive for Cannabis, Cocaine, Amphetamines and benzodiazepines.

They were arrested and the vehicle seized, with court proceedings to follow.
