A Longford town shopping centre built during the Celtic Tiger has been placed back on the market with a €3 million asking price, despite costing an estimated €25 million to develop.
The vacant Longford Town Centre was completed in 2009 by developer Bernard McNamara and has remained unused for 17 years.
Current owners Omniplex Cinema Group had planned a redevelopment including retail, dining and cinema space, but those plans stalled during the Covid-19 pandemic.
