The Department of Migration has ruled out opening an IPAS centre in Ballyleague, Co Roscommon. The building currently accommodates Ukrainian refugees.
There has been speculation that it'll become an IPAS centre in the coming weeks - but this is untrue. The Department says it had previously received an offer of international protection accommodation from this property, but this is no longer under consideration.
