Covid 19 cases in Shannonside region remain low

Eight further deaths related to Covid 19 have been announced this evening.

As of midnight, Wednesday 5^th May, the Health Protection Surveillance Centre has been notified of 393 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The cases of the virus reported for Shannonside counties remain low this evening, with less than five cases reported each of counties Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon.
