A local councillor has called for the installation of zebra pedestrian crossing points in each town and village in Co. Roscommon.
Cathaoirleach of Roscommon County Council, Paschal Fitzmaurice, brought forward a motion at this week's council meeting.
The motion was unanimously supported by Roscommon Councillors.
