Council offer to offset parking space loss as Ballaghaderreen public realm row continues
Up to 500 people attended the rally in The Square in March, to protest against the original plan

Roscommon County Council is offering to keep eight car parking spaces in Ballaghaderreen town centre - in an effort to solve the issue that's seen major public protests.

Businesses have been highlighting their opposition over the past three weeks over the loss of 47 car parking spaces.
