Over two floors of a historic building in Ballaghaderreen are to be rented for less than €1,100 a month.
The Western Development Commission and the Northern and Western Regional Assembly are to lease the entire first and second floor of Dillon House, along with part of the ground floor.
Roscommon County Council says the rent is €13,000 a year, plus service charges, for three years.
