Members of the public who have received their appointment to get a vaccine are being urged to ensure they have the correct documentation before attending a vaccination centre.
The call comes from public health officials who have had to turn away people with an appointment due to their forgetting documents.
According to centre managers, when attending for a vaccine you must know your PPS number, bring photo ID and wear a mask.
