Serious concerns were raised at a meeting to discuss proposed works in a west Roscommon village. Roscommon County Council plans to commence an Active Travel project in Frenchpark. The draft plan for the works includes a proposed one-way system as well as cycle lanes and the removal of parking spaces. Local residents and retailers attended a meeting with planners in the community hall last night to voice their concerns.
