There were close to 1,700 property upgrades in the Shannonside region last year.
The SEAI Retrofit report shows that Roscommon seen 966 property upgrades in 2023, up from 548 on the previous year. Elsewhere, in Leitrim 433 properties were upgraded last year which is up from 257 in 2022. Finally, Longford saw the lowest amount of property upgrades in the Shannonside region last year with 297.
Nationally, over 47,000 properties were upgraded in 2023 with Dublin seeing the highest amount.
