Castlerea sisters Aoife and Lisa O'Rourke are bringing home two more world medals to County Roscommon.
The Tarmon boxers took gold for Ireland in the doubles event at the World Hyrox Championships in Chicago yesterday.
Lisa also secured a bronze medal in her individual event last Friday.
Hyrox is an indoor fitness competition combining eight kilometres of running as well as functional workout stations.
