Uisce Éireann says a burst water main may be causing disruption to the water supply for some of its customers in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Some consumers may also be experiencing low water pressure today as a result.
The utility has confirmed crews are currently on site working to restore water to affected customers.
It's expected supply will be restored by approximately 6pm today.
