Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Michael Healy-Rae has confirmed that he has no confidence in the Government.
Speaking in the Dáil, the Kerry TD tendered his resignation as a Minister of State.
He says he has listened to the workers and people who have "soldiered with me over the years."

He said he has seen grown men cry and he does not believe Government listened.
