Around 150,000 people are expected to attend the Knock Novena, which gets under way next week. It runs from Wednesday, August 13th, to Thursday, the 21st.
Former RTE presenter Eileen Dunne and Bishop of Elphin and Achonry, Kevin Doran, are among the star speakers. Parish priest of Knock, Richard Gibbons, says the theme for the event is 'Pilgrims of Hope':
