Almost 4 million euro paid to Westdoc GP service last year

The out of hours GP service that operates in County Roscommon last year cost the state almost four million euro to operate last year.

The WestDoc service also covers Mayo and Galway and is run by a total of 88 GPs and locums.

A total of €3.99 million was allocated to the service last year - the same total of 2020 - but down slightly on the 2019 figure which topped four-million euro.
